From the foothills of the Smoky Mountains where she was born and raised, to the international hub of the south, Atlanta, Rhonda Hudgins has always been passionate about people, per say … but truly super passionate about networking and marketing. So many do not understand that their networking, speaking, and vending endeavors are marketing. There are many who are “bitter” because they aren’t raking in the “dough” or new clients from those endeavors. Rhonda has determined to take her clients by the hand and show them in person how to network and market strategically to help them become all they can be in all areas of their lives. Additionally, she truly believes that being an author provides a person with the greatest “business card” there is … their book. The fact is most people will not keep your business card, but they seldom get rid of books.
Though she began college at age 51, studying Marketing Management, she left 2 years later, because she was learning more in the business arena, than in the classroom. She never got that Associates degree, but if she were to receive a degree based on experience, she would have at least a Bachelors. In addition to becoming a newly published author in 2020, she and a colleague will be beginning a new company once what will be the new normal is manifested … truthfully the sky is the limit.
Rhonda began hosting networking events in 2015, including having had 2 Celebrating Connections conferences that highlighted networking, business strategy, and personal development. In 2020 she had planned on hosting a completely unique workshop that will be unlike anything she has ever attended but that will fulfill the purpose of her very first event hosted in 2015. Due to COVID-19, that workshop will begin in January 2021.
She has been a speaker, ambassador and panelist for several organizations in the Atlanta area, as well as currently being an Ambassador for Urban CEO Network, as well as being a regular speaker and a leader in her church.
