Ayana Maia completely understands the role of a #DUALprenuer. Ayana is currently the HR Director for a small non-profit just south of Boston, MA. With over 19 years serving in the customer relations, human resources management, and entrepreneurial arenas, she has learned three things people desire most: to find out who they are, what they want, and how to be show up as their authentic selves, unapologetically.

She realized that people have the ability to develop these capabilities if they just increased their capacity to do so; so she founded, The Capacity School. An online coaching program that helps people increase their capacities personally and professionally. When she is not in the daily grind, Ayana loves to dance like no one is watching, watching rom-coms, or cook Sunday dinner for her husband and four children.
